In 1984 I was having pains in my chest and I huffed and
puffed going up stairs. I knew I could quit smoking because I had done it
so many times before. Problem was I always started again.
One day I saw
these filters in the market and decided to try them. The taste was still
there, I could see the tar being trapped and my lungs got better
quickly.
Six months after that I quit for 15 years. I was going through
a divorce in 1999 and I started smoking again. I smoked 7 years to 2006
but my new wife and I started using the filters in late 2005 and we both
quit smoking June 2006. I had experience with the filters but my wife had
been smoking all her life. She had no problem stopping smoking and now
walks or runs everyday.
